Python Job: Devops Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment of static analysis tools as required
• Help manage source code repositories
• Deploy and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Groovy
• Work with developers and stakeholders on ways to automate manual processes
• Test and examine code using static analysis
• Ensure adherence and balance with security guidelines for build and release
• Train team members on the CI/CD process to allow for self service
• Help maintain cloud resources as required by engineering, infrastructure, and security teams
• Coordinate with the team on best practices in a cloud environment
• Assist in vulnerability remediation

Requirements

• Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably AWS
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (IoC), including Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
• Knowledge of scripting languages, including Bash, JavaScript, Python, and Ruby
• Experience managing IT assets and working with server technologies
• Understanding of networking and network security
• Experience in vulnerability and patch management

Pay: $105,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
